Delivery of Goods and Resolution of Quality or Quantity Discrepancies
Currently, we supply goods only to legal entities.
Goods are delivered according to a schedule/time agreed upon with the Buyer. At present, we deliver within Kaunas and the Kaunas region. For delivery to more distant locations, please send an inquiry via email at fructusbonus@fructusbonus.lt . Upon receiving your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss delivery schedules, order submission conditions, payment terms, and other relevant matters.
Please check the quality of the goods upon receipt. We kindly ask you to report any discrepancies via email. Any unsuitable goods should be returned to the driver. When returning goods or identifying quantity discrepancies, you can issue us a debit document, or, upon your request, once the goods are returned or discrepancies are confirmed, we will issue a credit note to the email address you provide.
